“Šiaulių banko investicijų valdymas”, UAB, is a subsidiary of the joint-stock company “Šiaulių Bankas”, AB, founded on the 31st August 2000. The major shareholder of the company is ”Šiaulių Bankas”, AB, which has over 60% of the company’s votes.

During the last 5 years the company implemented more than 50 investment projects. In 2003 SBIM earned LTL 1062 thousand, in 2004 - LTL 356 thousand, in 2005 - LTL 2158 thousand net profit. This proves that SBIM by offering still unusual combinations of financial services for Lithuanian market has chosen a promising niche and proper forms of collaboration with other financial institutions.
