Designing a business plan and its analysis, evaluation of the investment potential and risk;
Choosing an investment model and means of its implementation;
Making investment solutions, preparation of investment contracts and shareholders agreements;
Implementation of the investment model, administration of investment, control of the implementation of the Business plan and its amendments (if necessary),
Ensuring the increase of the value of the company foreseen in the Business Plan;
Divesting from the company management by selling the acquired shares.
