What documents should customer have for the first meeting?
The Customer could bring along copies of:
  • Last balance sheet, P/L statement
  • The shareholders structure for the time of inquiry
  • The draft description about the project (detailed business plan is not required)
It would be very helpful, if the Client could have thought about answering these questions:
  • Are you ready to give up part of your ownership in exchange of financing instrument?
  • Have you ever had a financial partner?
  • Do you possess own resources and time for the project?
  • What is the uniqueness of the project? How easy one can copy it? How are you going to protect your competitive advantage?
  • Is the market attractive for profitability growth?
  • Do you have a team for the Project?
What is the stake that is interesting for the SBIM?
Target share is 34%, but there could be other solutions as well.

What is the term of participation in the capital for the SBIM?
The maximum term is somewhat between 1 and 3 years.
